About FlyHigh
What is FlyHigh?
FlyHigh is an aviation marketplace for aircraft, aircraft parts and engines, aviation properties, services, and dealership profiles. Buyers can browse, compare, save, and contact sellers, while sellers can publish listings built around aviation-specific details.
Does FlyHigh sell the aircraft or products shown on the site?
No. FlyHigh is the marketplace and advertising platform, not the seller or broker. Buyers and sellers are responsible for inspections, contracts, payment arrangements, taxes, delivery, title, and closing steps.
Who can use FlyHigh to advertise?
Private owners, brokers, dealerships, and aviation service providers can advertise when they have an account and permission to promote what they submit.
Listings
How do I create a listing?
Sign in, choose Add a Listing, select the listing type, and complete the guided steps for details, pricing or sale terms, location, contact information, description, and media.
What should I prepare before submitting a listing?
Have the title, category, location, price or sale terms, seller contact details, description, and quality photos ready. Aircraft listings may also need make, model, year, registration or serial details, airframe time, engine information, and avionics details.
Can I save a listing before it is ready?
Most listing flows let you return to incomplete or draft work from your account. Complete every required field, review media, and confirm payment or slot eligibility before expecting the listing to appear publicly.
What kind of photos or documents should I upload?
Use clear, current images that show the aircraft, part, property, or service accurately. Upload only documents you are allowed to share publicly or with interested buyers, and avoid sensitive personal, financial, or title information unless support specifically asks for it.
Why is my listing not live yet?
A listing may still be pending review, waiting for payment, missing required information, tied to an inactive dealership slot, expired, or held for moderation. Check Your Listings for the current status and next step.
Can I edit or remove a live listing?
Yes. Listing owners, eligible dealership managers, and admins can update, unpublish, renew, or remove listings depending on permissions and listing state. Some edits may need another review before they appear publicly.
How long does listing review take?
Review timing depends on listing volume, completeness, payment status, and whether the submission needs manual moderation. Listings with clear details, accurate categories, and complete seller information are easier to process.
Dealerships
How do dealership profiles work?
Dealership profiles let aviation businesses present their brand, locations, team access, and inventory in one place. A profile becomes public only when its approval, plan, and visibility state allow it.
What are dealership slots?
Dealership slots are listing allowances included with an active dealership plan. A slot-backed listing can stay eligible without a separate listing checkout while the dealership plan and listing status remain valid.
Can a dealership manage inventory for multiple locations?
A dealership profile can represent business information and inventory for the dealership account. If your business has multiple branches, keep location and contact details clear on each listing so buyers know who to contact.
What happens if a dealership plan changes?
Plan changes can affect included slots, team access, profile visibility, and renewal timing. Upgrades usually apply after successful payment; downgrades or lower limits may take effect at the next renewal or when the account state changes.
Can multiple people manage one dealership?
Yes, when the dealership plan and permissions allow it. Owners can manage the dealership and invited team members; managers and staff have more limited access based on their role.
Why is my dealership profile not public?
A dealership profile may be pending review, unapproved, expired, missing payment, or limited by plan state. Check the dealership management area for the current status and any required next step.
Buying, Search & Alerts
How do I contact a seller?
Open the listing and use the available contact option. Include the listing URL and any specific questions about condition, records, inspections, availability, price, delivery, or next steps.
What should I ask before scheduling an inspection or visit?
Confirm availability, ownership or broker authority, records, damage history, equipment details, asking price, inspection access, deposit expectations, and whether the seller has preferred escrow, title, or closing steps.
Why did a listing disappear or change?
Listings can be edited, sold, expired, unpublished, removed by moderation, or changed by the seller. Always recheck listing details before making travel, inspection, escrow, or purchase decisions.
How do filters and compare tools work?
Filters narrow listings based on seller-provided fields, and Compare helps review selected listings side by side. Results are only as complete as the information submitted by sellers.
What are wanted alerts?
Wanted alerts let you save what you are looking for and manage requests from your account. Relevant sellers may be able to respond when they have something that matches your criteria.
Can I save listings or compare them later?
Yes. When account tools are available, you can save listings and use Compare to review important details side by side. Recheck each listing before contacting the seller because availability and details can change.
Payments & Account
How does FlyHigh handle payments?
FlyHigh uses Stripe for checkout, invoices, subscriptions, and billing status updates. Stripe handles sensitive card processing; FlyHigh stores the billing references needed to manage listings and dealership plans.
Where can I see invoices or billing status?
Open Account Payment to review subscriptions, payment history, invoice links, renewal dates, cancellation state, and dealership slot usage when those records are available.
Do listings renew automatically?
Renewal behavior depends on the listing product, checkout flow, and account state shown at purchase. Review Account Payment and Your Listings for renewal dates, expiration status, and available renewal actions.
Are listing payments and dealership plans billed the same way?
No. Individual listing payments are usually one-time charges for a listing term. Dealership plans are usually subscriptions that can include profile access, team permissions, and listing slots.
What happens if a payment fails?
A failed, incomplete, or unpaid payment can keep a listing or dealership from becoming active. Return to checkout or Account Payment and update the payment method when prompted.
Can I cancel a dealership renewal?
When cancellation controls are available, cancellation stops future renewal charges. Current access normally follows the paid period and the subscription state shown in Account Payment.
Can I request a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, timing, usage, and FlyHigh terms. Contact support with the invoice or payment reference, listing or dealership name, and the reason for the request.
Trust, Privacy & Support
How should buyers protect themselves?
Verify the seller, aircraft or item details, maintenance records, title, escrow arrangements, taxes, and delivery terms before completing any transaction. FlyHigh does not replace professional inspection, legal, tax, title, or escrow advice.
How do I report a suspicious or inaccurate listing?
Use the report or contact option and include the listing URL, what looks wrong, and any supporting details. FlyHigh can review, restrict, unapprove, or remove listings when needed.
What should I do if someone asks me to pay outside a trusted process?
Pause and verify the seller, transaction details, escrow instructions, and title or ownership records. Be cautious with urgent payment requests, changed wiring instructions, or pressure to skip inspection, title, legal, or escrow review.
Can I request my account data or account removal?
Yes. Contact support for privacy export or account removal help. Some records may be retained where needed for billing, legal, moderation, security, or support purposes.
Where should I go if I still need help?
Use the Contact page and include the account email, listing URL, dealership name, invoice reference, or Stripe invoice link if relevant. Specific details help support find the right record faster.
